Sign Up Instructions:
Step 1: Complete sign up form,
Step 2: Add Fee to Play to cart
Step 3: Complete checkout like your everyday online purchase!
If you need to pay by cash or check please complete form and contact site administrators notifying of method of payment and we will assist with coordinating.
Please complete one Form Per child.
If you have multiple children to sign up, please complete one at a time.
ONCE YOU COMPLETE FORM YOU STILL NEED TO PAY PLAYERS FEE!
Once you submit above form please add appropriate fee to cart. It will ask you to specify player name prior to adding to cart so as Fee to Play is associated with that individual player.
